What to expect at fit camp:
Based outdoors at Swindons only running track
Complete the 5 exercises as demonstrated below
Each exercise is timed for a maximum of 30 seconds
You will need to jog, run or sprint to each exercise
Maximum of 4 circuits to be completed
The circuit are split into 3 groups, beginners, intermeidiate
The exercises:
Each week at least 1 exercise will be changed from the previous weeks circuit and the changed exercises will be displayed directly below each week. Each execise will be adapted slightly to cater for all groups.
