 Driving instructions for county ground lifstyle centre car park:
Coming from the magic rounabout down county road. Just before turning left onto Manchester road take the small turning on the right and follow the path and turn left keep going, through the barrier and there is the car park opposite the bowls club & cricket ground. What to expect at fit camp:

 

  • Based outdoors at Swindons only running track
  • Complete the 5 exercises as demonstrated below
  • Each exercise is timed for a maximum of 30 seconds
  • You will need to jog, run or sprint to each exercise
  • Maximum of 4 circuits to be completed
  • The circuit are split into 3 groups, beginners, intermeidiate
  • & advanced

 

The exercises:

 

Each week at least 1 exercise will be changed from the previous weeks circuit and the changed exercises will be displayed directly below each week. Each execise will be adapted slightly to cater for all groups.
