I was looking to return to fitness after major back surgery and was given Jamie's details by a friend at work.
From day one, he has always taken time to find out my medical history and what I'm trying to achieve, recommend a training and nutritional plan to suit that and review progress on a regular basis. His new self contained training facility is excellent, if not a tad cold in the winter.  I can safely say that it doesn't take long to get a sweat on though.
Jamie seems to work all hours to provide flexible session times and mixes those up to make sure they never get boring.   Above everything else, Jamie has an uncanny knack of gauging your limit and pushing you safely to it, building in essential mobilisation and warm downs.  A word of warning, if you ask him to push you to the next level, then take some breathing equipment!
Overall, the best testimonial I can give is my own personal success.  I'd hit 14 stone 9 towards the middle of 2010 but here and now in October 2011, I'm hovering around the 13 stone mark. I feel better, look better and most importantly, the improvement in my core strength has meant that I've had no recurring back issues. Jamie really does work hard with you to gain the desired results. I started my fitness training with his Honour Health & Wellness personal training service six months before my wedding and changed my shape so drastically that my wedding dress had to be altered two sizes as I had lost more than 6 inches from my hips and lost 17 pounds in total! Personal fitness training is now part of my everyday life and, even after the wedding, I continue to exercise 5 times a week, undertaking the ball, thigh and ab exercises for women shown to me and I see Jamie once a week to keep me motivated.
